AllTrades Industrial Properties (AIP), is a full-service industrial real estate developer, investor and advisor, focusing on institutional-grade industrial properties. From acquisitions and joint ventures to development, property management and fund/asset management, AIP provides creative solutions for its customers and long-term value for its partners.
We partner with those small businesses in the market that serve local communities at a moments notice. Our tenants provide their services to families regardless of what is going on in the economy or the weather. We believe these businesses should have a nice office to operate out of. A place they are proud to bring clients. A place that is secure and convenient to the clients they are serving. A place that can expand and grow as their companies grow.

Ground Up construction– building the plan, site preparation, building production, subcontracting, finish out.

Money Management– Financing and Managing the plans Underwriting, Vendor and Banking Relations
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Tenant relationship and Property Maintenance – Engaging with Customers and Maintaining the finished plan
