The founders of AllTrades created the WorkSpace Shops and Studios concept based on years of personal experience in the construction and service industries. After renting facilities for our businesses that consistently fell short of our needs, we knew there had to be a better way. In 2018, we established AllTrades to provide a lease product to businesses in need of upscale offices, functional and clean warehouses, smaller studios, and secure parking for trucks, trailers, and equipment. Our spaces are meticulously designed to provide high-quality, efficient facilities to our clients so they can do what they do best.

AllTrades provides fully built out, move-in ready industrial offices and warehouses for small businesses in the trades and services industries. Our team is comprised of contractors who have had to operate in less-than-adequate facilities.
